4. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or by phone.
• Payment can be made upon delivery, in-store after purchase, or in advance via M-Pesa or bank transfer.
• We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Handling time: 0–1 business day
• Transit time: 0–2 business days
• Total delivery time: 0–3 business days
• Delivery is free on all orders within Kenya.
• Delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
• Items must be returned within 6 days after delivery.
• Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all original tags, accessories, and a valid receipt or order number.
• Return methods:
  • In-store return: Return the item at our physical store during business hours.
  • Drop-off return: Drop the item at our approved return location after coordinating via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Refunds are processed within 1 business day after the item is received and inspected, and issued via the original payment method.
• No restocking fees apply to any return or exchange.
• Exchanges are accepted within 6 days, subject to item condition and stock availability.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the item has already shipped, our return policy will apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kastonkai Enterprise shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
