Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Accepted
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Returned items must meet all the conditions below to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Product Condition
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- A valid receipt or order number is required.
Return Window
Items must be returned within 6 days after delivery.
Return Methods
- In-store returns: You may return your item at our physical store during business hours.
- Drop-off returns: You may also drop off your return at our approved location. To coordinate, contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items returned within 6 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging. Exchange availability depends on stock.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 1 business day after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees apply to any return or exchange.
